twelve-steps-creating-futuresA summary of the Twelve Steps. Click Here to view the full text of the AA/NA Twelve Steps and the Christian version of the Twelve Steps.

These Twelve Steps are based upon biblical principles. That is why they are effective in helping individuals to overcome addictions.

If you are a Christian or a spiritual seeker there are Bibles that have the Twelve Steps incorporated in them.

Rich and Carmi Dover

Rich and Carmi Dover are committed to helping individuals to overcome any form of addiction, hang up, habit, whatever phrase you want to call the ‘sin that so easily entangles’. (Hebrews 12:1 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,”)

Preacher Rich and Carmi have worked as a team for the last 19 years to help individuals to live a victorious life. Prior to being married both of them were involved in addiction ministry. It is what brought them together. (Combined they have over 45 years of working with those with addictions.) They have no doubt that a person can get free from addiction, they have seen it over and over. They are committed to see individuals have a hope and a future. They believe it is the heart of God to create positive futures for individuals.

There is Hope!

There is Hope for those who are struggling with an addiction. Yes, it may be hard. Yes it might take work. It might take time. It might be painful. But it is not hopeless. We are here to help you. Let us intervene in your situation. We want you to know There is Hope! E-mail us.

Higher Power

You, or your loved one does not have to be a Christian or have any kind of religious faith to receive help from us. We work with individuals wherever they may be in their spiritual journey (including no journey). All we ask of you is to at least consider the fact your trying to overcome your addiction on your own is not working. You may not have the faith but we believe there is a higher power, Jesus Christ, that can give you the ability to be able to overcome your addiction, bad habits, hangups, etc.

Some Things to Think About

A. Can you admit that you have become powerless over an addiction or other dysfunctional behavior in your life—that your life has or is becoming unmanageable?

B. Have you considered that there may be a Power greater than yourself that can restore you to sanity?

C. Have you considered making a decision to turn your will and your life over to the care of a greater Power?

If you have considered the above it is our desire to help you understand what it entails and how to walk it out.

Maybe you are ready to go further in your spiritual walk. We are here to mentor you along the way so that you can live a victorious life over your addictions or dysfunctional behavior. Contact us at 1866-WANTGOD or 501-710-4832.
