The Father’s Love
When we were at the Be in Health Walk Out almost 80% of those attending acknowledged that they never heard or saw love from their father. Some of these individuals did say they did know in their heart that their father loved them but he never spoke words of love. Without the love of an earthly father we are going to have holes in our heart. Without the love of an earthly father we can have misconceptions about the love of our Heavenly Father. We are more likely to believe the lies of Satan about our Heavenly Father.
Broken Heart
If we lacked the love of an earthly father we most likely are going to operate out of some form of brokenness. Many times instead of experiencing love we may have experienced abandonment, rejection, abuse, victimization. We can operate out of fear instead of faith. We can be become very susceptible to an unloving spirit that comes from Satan. We will have a hard time loving ourselves or others.
Sickness and Dis-ease
The end result of a broken heart can be self-rejection, self-pity, condemnation, shame, guilt, anger. A person can become very dysfunctional and open themselves up to sickness and dis-ease. The iniquity of an unloving spirit can be passed down generational.
Jesus is Our Example
Jesus is our example of the character of Father God. If we look to the attributes of Jesus we will know what are the attributes of our Loving Heavenly Father. The more we see and experience the love of Jesus and Father God, the more we can counter the unloving spirit that can speak so loud to us. Remember, WHO and SEPARATE. Who is speaking to us? Our loving Heavenly Father or the enemy of our soul? If not the Father, we need to separate ourselves from the unloving thoughts that come our way.
I and the Father are one.
John 10:30
Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.
John 14:10
Love of the Father and Health
The more we grow in the LOVE OF THE FATHER, the more whole we will become. The more whole we become, the more healthy we will become. Why? Because much sickness and disease can come into our life if we are controlled by an unloving spirit. Understanding the Love of the Father will help us to be aware when an unloving spirit is speaking to us, and the more we will reject what the unloving spirit has to say to us. We will learn to reject statements like ‘you are not good enough’, ‘you are of no value or worth’, ‘you have nothing to offer this world’, ‘you are a loser’, ‘you are ugly’, ‘you deserve to be sick’, ‘you deserve to have these problems’, ‘you……’. The more we understand these thoughts are not of the Father, the more we will SEPARATE ourselves from these accusations from Satan and thus close doors to sickness and disease entering our body. (Yes, it rains on the just and unjust and the just can become sick and have disease. But we can certainly live a life to limit access of dis-ease to our body.)
In the next few articles I will be sharing more on the LOVE OF THE FATHER and the unloving spirit.
