Who and Separation-Carmi
The principles of WHO and SEPARATION taught by Be in Health has become very significant for me personally, my relationship with others, and especially regarding my relationship with my husband Rich.
I have always known that as a Christian we are not to have unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment toward ourselves or others. I have seen Rich overall live this out in his personal life. Over the years there have been trials and tribulations in our lives that were challenging, especially things said and done to us while being in ministry. While it has overall been easy for Rich to handle, it has been very hard for me. I know it has affected my health.
The teachings on WHO and SEPARATION finally helps me to understand what Rich has said so many times, ‘have thick skin but a soft heart”. Many times I have seen Rich choose to separate what a person does from who they are-he loves them in spite of them. He knows that there is a story behind what a person does, and thus there is a WHO, and so he chooses to have thick skin so that he is not wounded by what the person may say or do. Because of this he does not have grudges against the person. That is the result of SEPARATING the person from their actions. (This does not mean not holding someone accountable for what they do.)
Saying all of the above, I am now learning to be able to apply the same principles in my relationship with others and Rich. I am not as easily pierced and wounded by the actions of others. The end result has been I am finding more peace in my life and having less physical symptoms.
Where the principles of WHO and SEPARATION have been the most helpful for me individually is learning how to forgive myself. I am learning how to identify the WHO that is causing me to be so critical of myself. The Be in Health teachings on the LOVE OF THE FATHER, and the UNLOVING SPIRIT have also been helping me in this area of my life. I have more peace in my life because of all the teachings.
