Real Christian Men

Christian men, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, wives, daughters I am asking you to take a journey with me. Think of the Christian men that are in your life. Think of the church you attend. See in your mind’s eye the men in your life and in your church. Now imagine with me. Imagine in faith.

Holiness
Imagine a church full of men who had a desire to live a life of holiness, to be set apart for the Kingdom of God. Men who reflected how to live a life for Christ.

Accountability
Imagine a church full of men who held each other accountable. If a man saw another man spiritually struggling, they would say “Hey let’s grab a coffee or have a bite to eat.”

Confession and Repentance
Imagine a church full of men who when they fell short they confessed and repented before Jesus and received the free gift of forgiveness.

Imagine them sinning publicly and they confess and repent publicly asking for the forgiveness of the congregation.

Advocates for Women and Children
Imagine a church full of men who made a commitment to stand against all abuse of women and children.

Mentors
Imagine a church full of men who took on the role of being mentors for the fatherless?

Real Christian Men

The above would require Real Christian Men. Are there any Real Christian Men in America? Men who speak, act, live like Jesus? There certainly are, it is time for them to be in the forefront. It is time for them to rise up. It is time for them to be leaders in their church. Leading by example.

Christian Men-Will you take on the challenge?
The women in your life and are saying RISE UP! Take on the mantle to be God fearing, righteous living, men of God.

Requirements:
A. Be aware it will require an ongoing dying to self that never ends.
B. Jesus must be Lord in your life, not just Savior.
C. Be aware it will require a whole lotta time in the Word and in Prayer.
D. It will require you being filled/baptized/overflowing with the Holy Spirit.

Only those who are courageous, adventurous, and are willing to suffer for the sake of others will be faithful to the end. The weak-hearted will bail out.

Warning
You are target for Satan. Make sure you are armored up and in relationship with other men. Lone Rangers will be taken out.

PS
You do not need to hunt, fish, race cars, or wrestle, but you need to be able to take on some demons. Prior experience is helpful but there are heroes of the faith who are available to train. If not in your church, in the church of someone you know. Be trained so that you can train others in your church.

Women

Pray for the men in your life, the men in your church, to accept the call to be a Real Christian Man. Pray that as men set the example, that young men will follow.

Women-ask the men in your life to take the lead. Let them lead. Support them as they take the lead.

Men Without Jesus

If you are a man that does not know Jesus Christ as your LORD and Savior, you are a Lost Man. If you are a man that knows Jesus as your Savior but not your LORD, you are a Lost Man. Rather you realize it or not you on a path that will take you wandering in realms that your Heavenly Father never intended for you to wander in. It will lead you down paths that will not satisfy. No matter what you do it ultimately will take you to place of emptiness. Oh, your life may be filled with pleasure and sin, but there will be a hole in your heart. You can keep trying to fill it up with sin or you can ask God to purge the sin out of you. To cleanse you of all unrighteousness and give you a new heart.

Get Real with God. Watch what happens. Nor formulas, no hoops to jump through, just be sincere. Just cry out and say in your own words, “Jesus if you are real, if you truly died for my sins, if you truly rose from the grave so that I may be forgiven, I am asking you forgive me for the life I lived, will you wipe my slate clean, so I can have a fresh start. I am asking you to lead and guide me, to be the Commander in Chief in my life. Please give me the grace, the ability, the strength to live a different life. Fill me up with Your Holy Spirit. Consume me with Your Presence. Jesus I am ready for the amazing journey You are going to take me on. Help me to connect with a Real Christian Man. Let’s Roll Jesus.”
