Why Do Individuals Reject the Conviction That Comes From God?
There are multiple reasons why individuals reject the conviction that comes from God. Sadly, the number one reason is they do not understand the benefits that come from conviction. Let’s recap the benefits before we take a look at the reasons why conviction from God is rejected.

Why Conviction from God is Rejected
A. If a person wants to live in willful, ongoing, blatant, unrepentive sin they will reject conviction that comes from God.
B. A hardened heart. If a person continues to reject conviction they will have a hardened heart and ultimately will face condemnation from god that will lead to everlasting punishment.

E. A person likes the sin, finds some benefit from it, so they do not repent.

H. Lazy. It takes work many times to change, even with God’s grace.
